We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to support our Corporate Helpdesk operations, ensuring reliable services, rapid issue resolution, and high user satisfaction across Enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain fixed network infrastructure such as Fiber, Radio, MW, and leased line connectivity to ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot customer connectivity issues, link degradation, outages, and configuration faults across access and core networks.
- Perform testing and commissioning of routers, switches, ONTs, OLTs, and transmission equipment.
- Coordinate with field teams, NOC, and vendors for fault isolation, restoration, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure SLAs are met by tracking incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes.
