Fixed Asset Accountant
This role is responsible for ensuring Fixed Asset transactions within the EMEA Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC) are accurately recorded and reported in a timely manner in compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). The position supports the standardization and harmonization of Fixed Asset accounting processes across the EMEA region, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient month-end close activities.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
You will maintain and update Fixed Asset ledger accounts for US GAAP and Statutory reporting
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, depreciation, and month-end close activities
Manage Fixed Asset processes including asset tagging, disposals, physical counts, and roll forwards tied to the GL
