We are currently recruiting for both Mechanical Assemblers and Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing and production environment in Aldershot. These are hands‑on roles suited to candidates with manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in a fast‑paced production setting.
Mechanical Assembler – Key Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Mechanical assembly of products.
- Installing doors, locks, and mechanical components.
Machine Operator – Key Responsibilities
- Operating moulding machinery within a fast‑paced team.
- Adjusting machine settings.
- Performing minor repair and maintenance when required.
- Quality control and packing of orders.
