Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion for interior fit‑out and design projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present project reports, schedules and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress and resolve on‑site challenges.
  • Track and report daily progress and resources deployed at each project site.
  • Use MS Project to manage tasks, assign resources and adjust timelines based on real‑time site updates.
  • Prepare and maintain project programmes, Gantt charts, dashboards and progress reports, keeping management informed of milestones, delays, resource allocation and overall performance.
