Fitch Learning is seeking a Production Coordinator based in London to support the booking and delivery of learning products and services. You will work with a team of experts dedicated to empowering professionals in the financial services industry and contribute to production across virtual, hybrid, and in-person training programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the booking and delivery of live, hybrid and virtual training sessions
• Maintain production timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned
• Manage the setup and readiness of the production environment across virtual classrooms, physical training spaces, studios, and auditoriums
• Liaise with internal teams (Client Services, Content, Project Managers) to ensure seamless delivery
• Track and report on production progress, flag risks to the Production Manager
