            Prepare and serve fish soup according to standard recipes. 
Prepare raw fishes. cut fish and ingredient in accordance with requirements 
Engage in daily prep tasks like chopping vegetables, marinating meats, or preparing sauces 
Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation. 
Keep the department fish soup preparation area clean and always organised. 
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs. 
Carefully handle raw seafood, follow food hygiene and safety guidelines (SFA standards). Have certificate Hygiene Food level 1. 
Properly store and label ingredients to ensure freshness. 
Prior experience in F&B preparation is an advantage. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
Working from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm from Mon-Sat.
