Position Summary

The Responsible AI Specialist ensures that AI systems are designed, deployed, and governed in alignment with ethical principles, regulatory standards, and organizational values. This role will establish standards and processes and tools that embed fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy into AI solutions, mitigating risks such as bias and unintended consequences.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal AI standards, guidelines and playbooks.
• Advise project teams on risk mitigation strategies and ensure Responsible AI requirements are embedded as part of ‘AI by Design’.
• Act as primary liaison between business and line 2 Risk Management on AI-related matters.
• Ensure adherence to global regulations as well as Bank’s internal policies and framework.
