I am looking for a number of First Mate/Engineers for sailing yachts between 28m- 40m.

All experience welcome. From sailors starting out in the industry to seasoned crew, but you need basic engineering skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language proficiency.
• Basic engineering skills.
• Yacht Master Offshore Sailing certification.
• Experience growing up sailing or learning water sports.
• YM Offshore, AEC1 & AEC2 certificates.
• Experience on sailing or motor yachts: previous role and number of seasons.
• Experience on a Sailing Yacht before.
• Nationality.
• Date of Birth (D.O.B).
• Availability.
