Primary Function:

To lead and execute production activities for one shift at the client Site. Lead and develop a staff of approximately 30 non-exempt employees to run daily production on your shift in a safe and environmentally sound manner: supporting Process Safety Management (PSM), cost, yield, utility, production capability OEE/TEEP, statistical process control, and Lean/Six Sigma objectives.
