ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates the ability to perform clinical/technical/service/administrative tasksPrepares high quality foods for patient and non-patient services.Ensures that all equipment used for handling and preparation of food is functioning properly. Reports malfunctions to Supervisor/ chef managerMaintains and verifies full compliance with OHSM/HACCP standards.Coordinates the development of new menu items with the Chef Manager.Utilizes advanced culinary skills to prepare specialty items according to established recipes.Oversees and performs (when necessary) equipment sanitizing according to departmental and HACCP regulations.Assists in the testing of all new recipes....
