Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Inspect, repair, and maintain campus fire sprinkler systems, including fire pump maintenance and testing.

+ Manage contracted fire sprinkler vendors’ work as required.

+ Produce accurate and relevant documentation on all work performed.

+ Perform work in compliance with University and NC State standards.


Minimum Experience / Education:
Required Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalency and two (2) years of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
