• Level 4 or 5 / Tier 3 Risk assessor (Egress, Evacuation, Stay Put) for Complex Buildings
• Great work balance with 2-3 days assessing and 2-3 days reports and CPD allowed
• c. £80k pa + Car/ Allowance
• Relocation assistance or Overnight stay 
• Excellent Permanent Benefits, Team and Senior Lead Assessor role alongside MD
