Blockchain.com is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations in a fast-paced fintech environment. This position involves managing financial reporting, the month-end close process, and leading an accounting team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise and experience in a dynamic regulatory landscape. Fintech or crypto experience is preferred but not required, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

This role is based in the Palermo office with mandatory in-office presence four days a week.
