Role Overview: The Fin Ops Lead, with 5–7 years of hands-on Fin Ops experience, is responsible for leading the Fin Ops function and team while driving cloud financial management, cost optimization, budgeting,
forecasting, and governance across multi-cloud environments. This role collaborates closely with Cloud Platform, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Procurement, and Business teams to ensure efficient cloud spending, maximize business value, and maintain financial accountability. The Fin Ops Lead is also responsible for mentoring team members, establishing Fin Ops best practices, and driving adoption of a cloud cost optimization culture across the organization.
