We are seeking a Financial Service Associate who will support advisers and clients by processing applications, preparing documents, maintaining accurate CRM records, following up on outstanding requirements, and handling confidential information professionally and accurately.

What You’ll Do:

• Utilize online systems and portals for generating illustrations, processing applications, and obtaining product literature as needed
• Prepare client correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
• Collate paperwork and documentation for adviser meetings
