Financial Planning & Performance Manager (Fixed Term)

Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers in the primary produce, food, industrial and grocery sectors. Working within a dynamic manufacturing environment, this pivotal role reports to the CFO Packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the financial planning cycle, including the annual strategic plan, budget and the monthly forecast processes.
• Identifying and executing profit and cash flow improvement initiatives across the business.
• Driving process optimisation throughout the finance function.
• Actively contributing to a culture of safety first through attending all training, reading and acting on all EHSR communications.
