Key responsibilities:

• Margin, profitability, and performance analysis across the business
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Business partnering with operational and senior stakeholders
• Turning data into meaningful commercial insights and recommendations
• Driving improvements in reporting, systems, and processes (ERP exposure such as SAP advantageous)
• Enhancing financial efficiency and decision-making tools

Requirements:

• CA(SA) qualification
• 2–3 years post-articles experience
• Experience within a retail or stock-driven environment (essential preference)
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
• Exposure to systems, reporting, or process improvement initiatives
• Team management experience is advantageous
