We are looking for a sharp and commercially minded Financial Controller to lead our financial management function. Beyond managing the numbers, you will play a strategic role in shaping the company's financial direction — driving capital structure decisions, managing banking relationships, and supporting corporate growth initiatives including M&A and restructuring. This role is suited to a proactive finance leader with SGX-listed company experience who can operate confidently at both operational and boardroom level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial management including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with SGX listing rules and relevant accounting standards
