Report directly to the Executive Chairman, to oversee and provide leadership of core financial reporting functions, which include financial & management reporting, financial planning and budgetary control, treasury, funding, tax management, policy development and financial related legal work;
Oversee and participate in feasibility studies and due diligence on potential investment, organization budget, determining cost effectiveness of respective manufacturing plants and its execution, to advise on the investment impact to the group cash and profit position;
Develop and maintain good relationships with the banks, audit firm and regulators;
Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting / requirements;
