We are looking for a hands‑on and proactive Financial Controller - FP&A & Consolidation to join our growing international company and play a key role in leading and optimizing our finance operations.

This position combines financial controlling, accounting, consolidation, reporting, and team management responsibilities. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, and working closely with top management and external financial advisors, you will contribute to both the operational and strategic development of the finance function.

This role offers strong exposure to top management and the opportunity to play a key role in structuring and scaling the finance function of an international ecommerce group.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closings, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
