In this position, you will join the Partners Group Private Markets Royalties team in Montreal, QC Canada with responsibilities across all aspects of private markets royalties’ investments, including due diligence and transaction execution, ongoing monitoring and divestitures.
Your responsibilities will include:
Financial modeling of business plans, cash flows, debt structures, underlying economic drivers and resulting investment returnsIn depth analysis of investment opportunities across the Music, Pharma, Brands, Sports, Media, Energy and Commodity sectorsPerforming and selectively leading due diligence workstreams on prospective investments (e.g. financial, commercial, tax, due diligence etc.)Drafting of investment recommendation documentsConducting various other tasks related to reporting, monitoring, market research, internal reque...
