We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Finance & Investor Relations professional to work closely with the CFO in supporting fundraising, investor relations, financial analysis and strategic corporate initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Investor Relations

• Prepare investor presentations, teasers, pitch decks and information memoranda.
• Support equity and debt fundraising activities.
• Coordinate due diligence requests and maintain the virtual data room.
• Prepare Board papers and management presentations.
• Support communication with investors, lenders and strategic partners.
• Assist with shareholder reporting and investor updates.

Financial Analysis

• Develop and maintain integrated financial models.
• Prepare business plans, budgets and cashflow forecasts.
