Job Description
Constantly works towards providing partner cooperatives with best‑in‑class solutions and service
Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationship with partner cooperatives and counterparts
Coordinates with the other Advisors for service integration
Conducts financial diagnostics of partner cooperatives, analyze data gathered, and prepare recommendations
Installs appropriate policies, systems, procedures and tools
Trains, coaches, mentors Coop staff in the use of new forms, implementation of the recommended systems and procedures, and in the preparation of required reports
Develops Policy and Procedures Manual on Financial Management
Designs, recommends, and evaluates changes of forms, policies, systems, procedures and reports
