Financial Accountant

Our client A Blue Chip Company (Manufacturing) based in the Vaal Triangle has a vacancy for an experienced Accountant with the following:

Qualifications:

• Grade 12

• A Tertiary qualification in Accounting

• Must have at least 5 years experience as an Accountant within (preferably) a Manufacturing environment

• Able to start ASAP will be beneficial

• Computer literacy essential – working on SAP

• Must be a SA Citizen

Requirements

• Must have payroll experience

Maintaining the general ledger, recording daily transactions, and managing accounts payable/receivable.

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements) and analysing trends to provide actionable insights.

• Ensuring compliance with Financial Institutions.

• Reconciling bank accounts and ensuring accuracy in cash control accounts.
