**WHAT’S THE JOB?**

Under the general direction of the Director of Finance & Business Support, the Financial Accountant assists in managing the hotel’s accounting operations and financial controls. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports budgeting and forecasting activities, maintains accounting records, and ensures compliance with financial policies and procedures.

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**

+ Prepare and record journal entries for daily and month-end transactions.
+ Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
+ Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and distribute reports to management.
