Responsibilities Investment Property Management Account for investment property and related maintenance and capital expenditure. Liaise with tenants and relevant stakeholders. Collaborate closely with facilities management team. Calculate monthly rental fees in line with contractual terms. Post accruals, prepayments, dividends, and ensure supporting documentation is filed.
