            Job Summary  Assist in the preparation of monthly group management accounts, quarterly & yearly financial statements and notes to accounts. 
Review corporate expense and assist in annual budget 
Integration of non-China entities into GL shared service 
Assist in IPO and adhoc projects 
 Responsibilities  Financials Reporting  Assist in the preparation of group consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations, unrealized profits elimination, etc 
Facilitate and support the submission of monthly accounts and notes to accounts by subsidiaries 
Review data provided by subsidiaries and consolidate notes to the group financial statements 
Handle full set of accounts for small entities 
Ensure all accounting activities comply with group accounting policies and IFRS. 
Liase with external auditors on year end audits.
