Role Overview

The Finance Assistant will provide a variety of specialised finance functions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery that complies with UNICEF financial rules and regulations. The role requires research, adaptation, evaluation of irregular cases, and recommendations for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Payments, Cash & Treasury Management
  • Submit invoices to GSSC via Service Gateway for payment processing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of supporting documents.
  • Correspond with requesting units to verify data or obtain additional documentation and respond to GSSC and stakeholders on returned cases or payment queries.
