As a
Direct Debit & Reconcilation Associate
, you will:
Conduct reconciliations between back‐office, bank statements, billing and customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
Collaborate, monitor, and improve the operational routines of Belvo's direct debit product, with continuous communication with product, engineering, and customer teams.
Prepare direct debit batches, transmit import direct debit files to the bank's platform or portal, and follow established procedures and protocols for secure data transfer.
Receive confirmation from the bank that the import payment batch has been successfully uploaded and processed, and verify the status of each transaction.
Provide support to clients and the product team regarding direct debit operations, address inquiries, resolve issues, and test product features.
