Project Manage the team responsible for the replacement of the Group’s Financial Consolidation Tool
Main tasks
- Create and own the overall implementation plan including specific tasks and actions
- Hold weekly calls to drive progress and ensure implementation is on plan
- Monitor and report on progress to plan, escalating risks as they occur
- Stakeholder communication with country, regional and Group teams at all levels of the organisation.
- Identification and management of Risks, Issues and Dependencies across the implementation plans.
- Manages expectations of all project stakeholders.
- Manage 3rd party vendors to ensure completion of implementation tasks
- Responsible for managing project scope
- Responsible for ensuring project delivers to agreed Time, Cost and Quality constraints
