This role operates as a true Client’s team member — sharing our values, culture, and commitment to excellence — while leading a talented finance team that works as one with our onshore colleagues. The Finance Operations Director champions collaboration across geographies, builds strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, and takes shared ownership of outcomes.
