The Managed Services Lead oversees end-to-end delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of the Accounts Payable (AP) Services team. This role manages both Processors and Quality Assurance staff, handles escalations, and ensures accurate and timely month-end AP close. A valid CPA license is required.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Supervise, coach, and develop AP team members. Manage workload allocation and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Service Delivery:
Own the full AP lifecycle and ensure consistent achievement of client KPIs and SLAs.
Month-End Close:
Lead AP month-end and year-end close activities. Review AP aging reports, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Escalation Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex vendor concerns and client escalations.
