Lexdan Select is assisting an Energy company with their search for a Finance Manager, based in Johannesburg.

The company is experiencing significant growth, and is searching for a FM to report directly into the CEO.

Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's full financial management and reporting function. Responsible for putting strong financial controls in place to reduce any business risks. Manage the external audit process and take responsibility for the preparation and management of the annual budget. Ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to from a tax perspective. Oversee the organization's outsourced IT infrastructure and systems. Oversee procurement processes, supplier payments, and adherence to approved policies. Manage the relationships with key stakeholders.
