            Job Details  Contract Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Cover) 
Location: Tanjong Pagar 
Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 6pm 
 Responsibilities  Support the Group’s Private Funds covering real estate properties and alternative investments in Asia Pacific 
Manage the monthly and quarterly variance analysis and provide commentary on the financial performance 
Prepare consolidation and closing of monthly accounts of funds, joint ventures, subsidiaries and associate 
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management financial reports and investors reports 
Liaise with fund managers on finance matters such as monthly accounts, cashflow forecasts, quarterly forecast and annual budget 
Prepare the monthly and quarterly consolidated management account 
Coordinate, prepare and consolidate the funds quarterly forecasts and annual budget
