A fast-growing global digital agency is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their Singapore team. This is a hands-on leadership role partnering closely with business and account leaders to drive the financial success of the business, you will be overseeing a small team managing daily finance operations, financial reporting, controls, client finance, and statutory compliance.
Responsibilities - Lead monthly financial closing, prepare management reports, variance analysis, and commentary for local and regional leadership within stipulated deadlines
- Maintain and update the weekly revenue pipeline report, tracking movements across risk categories with supporting commentary
- Review P&L and balance sheet, identifying material variances versus forecast and articulating results clearly to senior stakeholders
