Duties & Responsibilities Oversee corporate budgeting, financial management, and monitoring processes Perform financial analysis, reporting, and management activities Hire, train, and evaluate new finance employees Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and benefits Coordinate financial activities of company entities Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Develop accounting procedures to improve efficiency Assist in account payable and receivable activities Prepare financial systems for internal and external audits Manage the Finance Team and report to the CFO Attend meetings and liaise with auditors Assist senior management as needed Desired Experience & Qualification
