This is a newly created role within the organization. The Finance Manager will initially operate in a hands‑on capacity, managing daily finance operations independently while establishing proper finance structures, controls, and reporting processes. Over time, the role will evolve to lead the development of a formal finance team and transition into a more strategic finance leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands‑On Finance Operations (Initial Phase)
- Manage full set of accounts independently (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle daily finance operations including:
- Accounts payable (AP)
- Accounts receivable (AR)
- Bank reconciliations
- Payment processing
- Ensure accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end closing
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Finance Structure & Process Setup
