We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager with a growth mindset to partner with our Victorian Master Planned Communities business and support informed decision making across the development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Commercial Finance team, this permanent role is based in our Melbourne Head Office at the Rialto on Collins Street, with regular visits to master planned development sites across Victoria.

This is a front end business partnering role that exists to provide performance insight, strengthen governance, and support strategic investment decisions within the state business unit. You will work closely with Development, Sales, Marketing and joint venture partners to ensure financial outcomes align with Stockland’s long term objectives.
