Report to CFO Participate in executing M&A/investment projects with professional financial analysis and advices with the objective to effective the strategic financial planning of the Group’s direction Work closely with deal team to identify and secure M&A/investment deals as well as manage and invest large monetary funds etc. Involve in financial due diligence exercises and post-acquisition financial management Manage financial services related activities of Hong Kong and the subsidiaries located in China Consolidate and review financial reports at a Group level for management review and decision marketing Requirement: :
