Prepare and analyze required financial information to support Senior Director – Finance Operations ANZP for monthly performance review calls and adhere to deadlines submission to APEC office.
Work with concerned departments in relation to MI receivables related matters.
Review monthly MI receivables and coordinate collection time table with hotel’s Finance Leaders.
Monitor and establish effective internal control procedures.
Communicate regularly with hotel’s Finance Leaders on finance related matters to ensure consistent compliance with corporate policy.
Work closely with hotel’s Finance Leaders during monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process. Highlight the variance on budget versus actual result on regular basis and suggest/implement action plan to ensure budget/forecast is met.
Handle audits and taxation related issues by liaise with compliance team and internal tax department.<...
