Responsibilities

  •  Manage the end-to-end delivery of monthly management accounts, ensuring robust variance analysis that identifies commercial risks and opportunities
  • Lead the monthly P&L review process with operations, translating complex financial data into actionable operational insights
  • Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
  • Optimise cash flow management by overseeing the end-to-end AR and AP cycles
  • Oversee all external reporting requirements
  • Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual finance processes, leveraging AI and modern ERP capabilities
  • Motivate and lead your team, providing performance leadership in the form of coaching and mentoring, on a regular basis
