REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business administration, public administration, finance, economics or directly related field and 

Four years of progressively responsible professional experience in grant management, financial administration, and project management; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and education that provides the applicant with the desired knowledge, skills and ability required to perform the work.
