Finance Executive (AR - Netting) Working days: 5 days, 8:15am – 5:30pm
Salary: $2800 - $3500
Location: Toh Guan (Jurong East)
Responsibilities - Inter-company group AR & AP overseas global netting: reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement and clearance; create AR statement of account; reconcile AR & AP aging and follow‑up; retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country; MUFG netting declaration; SAP clearance & off‑set; audit report working and analysis.
- TT remittance group netting / overseas agents, etc.
- Settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP.
- Follow‑up inquiry and disputes.
- Proper documentation and e‑filing of supporting documents.
- Distribution of output to respective division.
- Prepare the prepaid company break bulk charges billing report.
- Perform ad‑hoc assignments as requested by the Manager / HOD.
