Job Description

  • End‑to‑end responsibility for group finance, accounting, and reporting
  • Management of group consolidation, statutory reporting, and monthly and annual closings
  • Preparation of annual accounts and coordination with external auditors and advisors
  • Leadership and development of international finance teams
  • Oversight of HR administration and payroll processes in cooperation with external providers
  • Cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimisation
  • Management of banking relationships and financing structures
  • Responsibility for tax compliance and structuring, including VAT and corporate income tax
  • Oversight of insurance programmes and financial risk management
  • Ownership and optimisation of the finance IT and ERP landscape
