            Responsibilities Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and PE sponsors, driving financial strategy, commercial performance, and exit readiness. 
Group financial reporting IFRS and statutory compliance. 
Act as a genuine business partner to the CEO translating financial insight into commercial strategy and decisions. 
FP&A budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and management reporting. 
Treasury, tax, and cash flow management across multiple jurisdictions. 
M&A due diligence, financial modelling, and deal structuring. 
Franchise and partner financial management. 
Work collaboratively with Executive Leadership team. 
Own the group financial strategy, annual budgeting, long-range forecasting processes and treasury management. 
Lead board-level financial communications and investor reporting.
