Overview Finance Coordinator – Staff Role – Querétaro, Mexico – Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
Responsibilities - Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, budget tracking, treasury and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies (GAAP) and assist with audits. Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and support budget preparation.
- Administer payments, banking, and cash control by managing bank platforms and mandates, execute approved payments within policy, maintain signatory documentation, resolve compliance matters with banking partners, and meet KYC and local regulatory requirements.
- Support the region on cash needs and intercompany transactions.
- Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll, manage payroll tax payments, and assist with employee benefits.
