Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with accounting as a subject
• Basic knowledge in a Finance Department
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Basic Knowledge of a financial system (Sage/Coltech software or similar)
• Basic knowledge of the Public Service financial legislation, procedures and treasury regulations
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial documents and records in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
• Administer student accounts and other debtor accounts, ensuring accurate invoice and account maintenance
• Respond to and resolve debtor account queries in a timely and professional manner
