Structuring and negotiating complex commercial real estate and development transactionsHandling public and private financings, including tax-exempt bond financingManaging state and local government lending programs and incentive agreementsAdvising on federal and state tax credit programs (e.g., New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits) and related corporate structuringCollaborating across practice areas to deliver high-impact legal solutions in real estate finance, public finance, and incentives Qualifications
