Job Description

• Issuance of 2307 Form - Analyzing and computing applicable withholding tax(es) in every payment of supplier
• Prepare and maintain monthly reconciliations of GL balances
• Process online payments
• Process fleet card requests
• Check outstanding cash advance of employees for the check requests
• Ad-hoc - any necessary or needed reports/records as requested by the department and immediate head

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or any related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years in accounting field
• Familiarity with expense policies, liquidation procedures and accounting systems
