This 100 % in‑person role based in Toronto requires a proactive, analytical thinker who can drive business decisions through clear financial insight.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain monthly financial statements, management reports, and a reporting package that translates complex data into easy‑to‑understand insights for non‑finance leaders.
• Own the annual budget and perform quarterly reforecasts to support hiring, investment, and operational decisions.
